Allium Restores Core Platforms After Disclosing Unauthorized Access

Allium said its core platform has returned online after a security incident involving unauthorized access to some of its systems. According to Odaily, CEO and co-founder Ethan Chan said the company discovered the incident on October 25 and took steps to restrict access and protect its systems. Allium directly notified affected customers and will provide further updates and support. It has engaged an independent cybersecurity firm to assist with the response and investigation, and is strengthening security controls, including authentication and monitoring. The company plans to share a summary of its findings and response measures after the investigation is complete. Allium App, Explorer and Explorer APIs are back online, although some functions remain temporarily unavailable during the restoration.
