White Knights Alliance Capital Files for IPO
By Kelly CloonanWhite Knights Alliance Capital has filed for an initial public offering.The holding company said it will sell 2 million units at $4 each, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.The company said it will receive proceeds of $8 million from the offering, which it plans to use for working capital and general corporate purposes.The company intends to apply to have its units listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market. It did not disclose its intended ticker.The Caymans Islands company plans to develop an e-wallet and digital payment platform. Long term, it intends to create an integrated financial system across payments, lending, compliance technology and digital identity. It also plans to consolidate, invest in and scale financial technology and digital infrastructure ventures.The company recorded a net loss of $11,045 from its inception on April 11 through Sept. 30.Write to Kelly Cloonan at [email protected]
