Wall Street's main indexes on Tuesday recouped some of the heavy losses clocked since last week as technology and financials led the gains on expectations that the U.S. would open up for negotiations on its aggressive tariffs. At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.10% at 38,001.94. The S&P 500 was down 0.41% at 5,042.61 and the Nasdaq Composite was down 0.63% at 15,500.13.
