Avalon is deploying institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure on the Taiko Layer 2 network as part of a new partnership, as announced on X (source). Mechanically, this aims to bring tokenized RWAs and related credit or yield products onto Taiko, using TAIKO as gas and positioning USDA as a settlement or collateral asset within that ecosystem. For traders, successful RWA integrations can grow on-chain volume and fee generation, potentially improving network value accrual.
