Stablecoin giant Circle's shares set to open up to 87% above IPO price

Circle Internet's (CRCL.N) shares were set to open up to 87% above the offer price in their New York Stock Exchange debut, aiming for a valuation of $15.1 billion on a fully diluted basis for the stablecoin giant.
