Soluna Holdings Names David Michaels as Interim CFO
By Stephen NakrosisSoluna Holdings said David Michaels was named interim chief financial officer following the resignation of John Tunison.Tunison is leaving to accept a similar position at a privately held company, Soluna said Friday.Michaels, who previously was interim CFO, was also chairman and lead independent director on the board. He also held senior roles at Albany International, the American Institute for Economic Research, and Starfire Systems, Soluna said.Soluna also said it entered into a consulting agreement with Michaels, which provides for a four-month term that includes consulting fees of $30,000 per month.Write to Stephen Nakrosis at [email protected]
