Remy Cointreau's board of directors said on Wednesday that it had accepted the resignation of Eric Vallat from his position as chief executive effective this summer after five years at the helm of the group's executive management.Marie-Amelie de Leusse, the chairwoman of the board of directors, will oversee the transition period until a successor is chosen.
