QuarkChain to Hold Snapshot on May 13th

QuarkChain will conduct a governance snapshot on May 13th to record token balances ahead of an upcoming vote regarding the migration of the network to an Ethereum Layer 2 environment.The snapshot will define voter eligibility and weighting for the subsequent governance decision on the proposed migration.QKC InfoQuarkChain is a next-generation blockchain platform designed to address the scalability issues faced by many of the current blockchain systems.QuarkChain employs a two-tiered structure. The first layer consists of independent blockchains (shards) to process transactions. The second layer, the root chain, confirms the blocks from these shards.
