The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday: ** Ripple said it will buy multi-asset prime broker Hidden Road in a $1.25 billion deal, one of the largest acquisitions by the crypto company. ** German chipmaker Infineon Technologies IFXGn.DE said on Monday it would buy Marvell Technology's MRVL.O automotive ethernet business for about $2.5 billion in cash, to expand its microcontroller segment.
