According to the MANTRA team’s official announcement, the OM token will undergo a ticker change to MANTRA and a 1:4 coin split at target block 11,888,888, where each 1 OM becomes 4 MANTRA. Mechanically, this multiplies the token count while quartering the price per unit in purely arithmetic terms, leaving market cap unchanged at execution. The split can improve unit affordability, tighten spreads, and boost perceived liquidity, which sometimes attracts new traders.
