The dYdX community will decide if new VIP affiliates from Kuyen Labs can join. If approved, this could bring more big traders or partners to dYdX. More active VIP affiliates may help increase trading, bring more attention, and make the network stronger. This can often be good for price if new partners bring new users and activity. However, if the market thinks this change is not important, price may not move much. It depends on how big the impact looks to investors.
