Several former U.S. regulators and securities lawyers have reportedly suggested that Dan Gallagher, the chief legal officer at Robinhood and a former SEC commissioner, could be a top candidate for Donald Trump’s pick to lead the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) if he wins the presidential election in November.
