Crypto firm Circle fetches $17.9 billion valuation as shares more than double in NYSE debut

Shares of Circle Internet (CRCL.N) opened 122.6% above their offer price on Thursday in their New York Stock Exchange debut, valuing the stablecoin giant at $17.94 billion on a fully diluted basis.
