CROSS DevCo has signed a memorandum of understanding with security firm CertiK to enhance audits, compliance processes, and stablecoin infrastructure across the NEXUS ecosystem, according to the project’s announcement on X (source). The agreement aims to tighten code reviews and regulatory alignment for NEXUS components, including its planned stablecoin rails, which can reduce smart‑contract and counterparty risk perceptions. Stronger security and compliance are often prerequisites for onboarding larger game studios or institutional partners, so successful follow‑through could expand ecosystem usage.
