Bitcoin Falls as Global Trade Uncertainties Persist — Market Talk
Bitcoin edges lower as investors remain cautious amid continued uncertainties over global trade. The U.S. and China agreed to lower tariffs in a 90-day pause on Monday. However, not only is this reduction temporary but it still maintains tariffs at high levels, Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management's Nabil Milali says in a note. Discussions with other trading partners seem to be making progress, but "Washington is determined to maintain tariffs come what may," he says. Bitcoin falls 0.9% to $103,577, according to LSEG.
