
Albania’s T-Blocks launches investment fund in Luxembourg
TIRANA (Albania), April 29 (SeeNews) - Albanian asset tokenisation company T-Blocks said on Tuesday it has launched an investment fund based in Luxembourg, targeting diaspora investors who want to invest in real estate and green energy in the Western Balkans.T-Blocks has curated an investment pipeline of some 1 billion euro ($1.13 million) of assets, including five-star seaside hotels and green energy projects, it said in a press release. Out of that, 250 million euro worth of projects are already being prepared and organised to be included in the fund, it added.Families, asset managers, institutional investors, as well as crypto investors, can invest through sub-funds of the fund to reduce risks.Registered in Albania in 2023, T- Blocks specialises in enabling the integration of tangible assets onto blockchain technologies, providing a platform for real-world assets to be represented and traded digitally.($=0.877 euro)
