Willy Woo Says Bitcoin May Shift From 4-Year Halving Cycle To 6-8 Year TradFi Cycle

On-chain analyst Willy Woo said Bitcoin’s 4-year halving cycle may be ending and that BTC could instead follow a 6-8 year TradFi debt cycle. According to BeInCrypto, Woo argued the halving’s supply shock has become too small to matter as Bitcoin trades near $78,011 after an August rebound and remains about 38% below its all-time high. He said 2026 could be the first real test, with CME Group putting a 60% chance on a 25 bps rate hike at the September FOMC meeting.
