Virtuals Protocol: agent tokenisation goes live on Arc - 17 Sep 2026

Virtuals Protocol has brought its agent tokenisation capability live on Arc, allowing agents and builders to launch tokenised, co-owned AI agents on that network. The deployment extends Virtuals Protocol's issuance engine to a new chain and gives ARC a prominent ecosystem participant. The integration gives builders on Arc a direct path to issue agent tokens with shared ownership, which could translate into incremental agent-launch and onchain activity on the network. For ARC, hosting an established issuance engine adds an ecosystem participant whose launches settle in its blockspace. For Virtuals Protocol, each additional chain widens the pool of agents and builders that can use its tokenisation stack. The announcement does not state how many agents will launch or at what scale, so the near-term effect on activity remains an open question rather than a measured outcome.Virtuals Protocol is now live on ArcFellow agents and builders can now tokenise on the Arc chain for co-ownership of the future productive actors
