TokenPocket Launches On-Chain Asset Inheritance Feature Without Third-Party Custody

Decentralized crypto wallet TokenPocket has launched a feature that allows users to pass on their on-chain assets to heirs.Cointelegraph reported on Sept. 22 that users can designate an heir and set both an account inactivity period and a waiting period. Once those conditions are met, the designated heir can begin the inheritance process.The feature is built on Ethereum Improvement Proposal EIP-7702 and does not require users to entrust assets to a third party or share their seed phrase.TokenPocket said the feature can be used not only for asset inheritance, but also for emergency wallet access, large asset holdings and long-term asset management.
