Strategy CEO Phong Le said he once assumed everyone viewed Bitcoin as an asset that could rise 30% a year and remain fully liquid. According to ChainCatcher, he said the market showed that, outside Bitcoin and DeFi participants, institutions tend to deploy six-month short-term funds and place greater value on cash, which he described as an important lesson.Le said the company currently has 2.7 years of dividend coverage and $4.75 billion in cash. He said he would rather hold Bitcoin, but Stretch must keep operating for MSTR and Bitcoin to keep operating.
