Stellar validators are scheduled to vote on the proposed Bell, Protocol 30 mainnet upgrade on 23 Nov 2026 at 1700 UTC. The upgrade takes effect if they approve the proposal.Bell adds muxed smart contract addresses to support business-scale smart accounts on the network. It also introduces post-quantum signature support and a ledger clock measured in milliseconds. The upgrade does not directly change XLM token economics.
