Under the On-Chain Money Initiative, Quant provides the interoperability layer that lets tokenised deposits move freely within the regulated banking system, connecting banks on shared settlement rails.The partnership embeds Quant's technology into US regulated banking settlement infrastructure, with tokenised deposits as the asset in motion. Interoperability is the stated requirement, since a deposit issued by one bank must be usable at another without leaving regulatory boundaries.
