Neighborhood Intelligence Board Initiates Immediate Process to Unlock Value of Blockchain and Digital Assets

Neighborhood Intelligence, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXH) (“Neighborhood Intelligence” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has determined that now is the time to take action to unlock the value of the Company’s strategic investments in tZERO, GrainChain, and Medici Ventures.The Company believes these assets represent significant value that is severely underappreciated within Neighborhood Intelligence today. The businesses have progressed, their opportunities have expanded, and the Company is seeing interest from parties that recognize the strategic value of what it owns.Neighborhood Intelligence intends to unlock that value and provide its shareholders access to it.The Board has authorized an immediate process to evaluate and pursue value-creation alternatives for the Company’s strategic investments, including paths already presented to the Company, and additional alternatives that may be available.
