Moscow Exchange Plans to Launch Crypto Trading Services on December 1

Moscow Exchange plans to begin offering cryptocurrency trading services on December 1 under a new regulatory framework. According to ChainCatcher, senior managing director Boris Blokhin said the exchange will continue testing before the official launch.
