Morpho CEO Says Team Has Received Many Crypto Acquisition Offers Over Past Six Months

Morpho co-founder and CEO Paul Frambot said on X that the team has received many opportunities to acquire crypto companies over the past six months. According to ChainCatcher, Frambot said Morpho rarely acquires companies for intellectual property or technology, preferring instead to hire the right people and build capabilities end to end through its own engineering, audit, and formal verification processes. He added that talent acquisitions can be attractive, but any valuation would be based purely on the talent obtained versus the cost of hiring an equivalent team.
