LSEG plans tokenized UK shares, partners with Kraken owner Payward

LSEG said on Tuesday it plans to launch a tokenized version of UK shares and will work with Payward, the parent of crypto exchange Kraken, to explore new ways for companies and investors to access public equity markets.
