Keplr Wallet Reports Unauthorized Transactions in Some Cosmos-Based Wallets, Investigating

Keplr Wallet, a cryptocurrency wallet service in the Cosmos ecosystem, has received reports of unauthorized transactions in some users' wallets.In a post on X on November 7, the company said it had received reports of transactions that users did not approve in some Keplr wallets created through Google or Apple accounts.Keplr Wallet said it has referred the issue to Web3Auth, a Web3 authentication service provider, and the two are conducting a joint investigation.Keplr Wallet has temporarily suspended login through Google and Apple accounts. It also advised users who may be affected not to deposit new assets into those wallets or re-import the wallets into other services.The company also cautioned users against recovery messages or links sent through channels other than its official accounts, adding that it will disclose the findings of the investigation and any follow-up measures.
