Hyperliquid RWA Trades Attract 169,000 New Wallets in First Half of 2026

About 169,000 wallets made their first Hyperliquid trade in the RWA market from January to June 2026, accounting for 31.7% of new users in the period. According to ChainCatcher, DefiLlama co-founder 0xngmi said about 80.9% of users who first traded RWA continued trading RWA afterward, but did not move further into the crypto asset trading market.The data suggests Hyperliquid's RWA products brought in a new user group, but most users remained within RWA trading rather than converting into broader crypto trading users. The findings indicate a clear separation between demand for RWA trading and demand for crypto trading.
