Hong Kong-based crypto exchange CoinEx to cease operations

Hong Kong-based crypto exchange CoinEx said on Tuesday it has decided to cease operations, citing 'prolonged downturn' in the cryptocurrency market and the rising regulatory requirements in the industry.CoinEx said it maintained an asset reserve ratio of more than 100% and all user assets were fully backed and available for withdrawal in full.
