France orders ISPs to block Polymarket

France’s gambling regulator ordered internet service providers to block Polymarket on July 16, saying the prediction market is an illegal gambling site in France. according to CoinDesk, the Autorité Nationale des Jeux cited addictive mechanics, no self-exclusion tools and repeated efforts by French users to bypass earlier financial restrictions.
