Changpeng Zhao Says He Will Support Bitget With Help From Binance and BNB Chain Ecosystem

Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao said he is prepared to support cryptocurrency exchange Bitget following the platform’s recent incident.Cointelegraph reported on Sept. 25 that Zhao said Binance and the BNB Chain ecosystem would help Bitget where they could.He did not disclose specific support measures or the size of any assistance.Bitget earlier raised its estimate of losses from the incident to $387.5 million and introduced a bounty program to help recover assets. The exchange is now preparing to resume user withdrawals.
