Cardano's Dijkstra era hard fork now has stated enactment windows in IO's technical delivery plan. A moderate-confidence window runs between December 5 and January 4, with a high-confidence window between February 24 and March 26. The upgrade is Cardano's next era-defining hard fork, carrying Plutus V4, new protocol parameters, and Constitutional amendments.The stated windows turn the fork from a general roadmap item into a dated catalyst.
