Blokyz NFT Sale Draws $64 Million In 24 Hours, Keeps Less Than $600,000

Blokyz’s 10,000 Original Blokyz NFT sale on Ethereum drew 25,618.92 ETH, or $64.4 million, in 24 hours, but the company kept only 225 ETH, about $566,000, after refunding most entries. The public raffle for 7,500 NFTs was priced at 0.03 ETH each and saw 22,443 wallets submit 853,964 entries, according to BeInCrypto, with every unsuccessful entry refunded. The figures briefly made the sale look like a record, though most of the money was only temporarily locked up.
