Binance Spot Will Open DJTB/USDT Trading and Spot Algo Trading Bots Services

According to the announcement from Binance, Binance Exchange will open trading and enable Spot Algo Trading Bots services for the bStocks Trump Media & Technology Group (DJTB) trading pair on Binance Spot. The new pair is scheduled to go live at 2026-08-26 12:00 (UTC) as DJTB/USDT. Binance also said users will be able to trade bStocks against BTC, USDT, and other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of bStocks being listed on Binance Spot. In addition, zero maker fees will apply to DJTB/USDT from the listing time until 2026-08-31 23:59 (UTC). The announcement said withdrawals for DJTB will open at 2026-08-26 13:00 (UTC). Binance described bStocks as tokenized securities issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and said they are available to eligible users in certain jurisdictions on a secondary market basis only. The announcement also stated that users can start tokenizing their direct stock holdings into bStocks now, with a 1:1 conversion ratio between each underlying stock and its bStocks and zero conversion fees.Binance said bStocks are classified as Certificates representing certain Financial Instruments and represent an interest in underlying securities held by the issuer rather than direct ownership of the underlying shares. The announcement noted that bStocks do not allow holders to directly own a share or stock in the underlying listed company. It also said the smart contract for DJTB on BNB Smart Chain is 0xF2ec508422174Ee564de98187db9359D318AFB6b. Binance added that bStocks are offered through an Approved Prospectus in the ADGM and are not offered in any other jurisdiction. The announcement further stated that bStocks are not offered, sold, distributed, made available, or accessible in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons, and that they have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or any U.S. state securities laws.
