Arthur Hayes Publishes Draft FLOP Network Yellow Paper, Testnet Planned for Q4 2026

Flop Labs CEO Arthur Hayes said he has publicly released a draft of the FLOP Network v0.5.0 yellow paper, which proposes an AI inference metering and settlement network built on Substrate/FRAME with BABE block production and AlephBFT finality. According to ChainCatcher, the project’s roadmap says the FLOP testnet is planned for Q4 2026 and will include a token airdrop for participants, while the mainnet target is Q1 2027. The yellow paper remains a draft, and several parameters and mechanisms have not yet been finalized.
