Ajna Investigates V2 Exploit After $775,000 Loss
Decentralized lending protocol Ajna said it has noticed an exploit on Ajna v2 and is investigating unusual fund movements. According to Foresight News, the protocol advised users to withdraw all funds, repay loans, and stop interacting with the protocol.Defimon Alerts said Ajna lost about $775,000 in the incident, which affected syrupUSDC, wstETH, rETH, cbETH, WBTC, WETH/USDC, sDAI, and other pools. The loss was attributed to a liquidation accounting manipulation attack.
