AI Financial Sells Canadian Subsidiary to Prime Delta

AI Financial, a crypto company backed by the Trump family and formerly known as ALT5 Sigma, has sold its Canadian subsidiary, ALT5 Sigma Canada, to New York financial firm Prime Delta. According to Odaily, the company said in a Friday SEC filing that it will receive a secured promissory note worth $12 million and about 11.6 million Prime Delta shares after the sale. The filing did not disclose the specific reason for the transaction.
