Top Cryptocurrencies Mixed; Bitcoin Holds Above $95,000 Level

Major digital assets were mixed late Tuesday, with Bitcoin (BTC/USD) trading above the $95,000 level. The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, fell 0.2% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 fell 0.7% in late trading, the S&P 500 lost 0.6%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 0.8. Bitcoin was up 0.6% to $95,103, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume dropped 10.7% to $23.72 billion. Ethereum (ETH/USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, was down 1.4% to $1,791. XRP (XRP/USD) lost 0.2%, BNB (BNB/USD) gained 0.2%, and Solana (SOL/USD) dipped 1.1%. Dogecoin (DOGE/USD) fell 1.3%, and Cardano (ADA/USD) eased 0.1%. The US 10-year Treasury yield stood at 4.306% at 3 p.m. ET Tuesday, down from 4.341% Monday, while the five-year yield fell to 3.897% from 3.941%. The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry rose 0.1% in the past 24 hours to $2.95 trillion, with trading volume down 0.3% to $67.82 billion.
